The updated design features ergonomically designed seats with a dip in the base for feet making rides to the market and to the playground more enjoyable and making the wagon a viable alternative to a stroller. MasonGray’s Bold & Eco-friendly Bed

madisongray_regencyWho: MasonGray; SOHO, NY

What: Regency Bed

Where: MasonGray – $4375-$6225  (Youth Bed – $1850)

Why: This statement piece would add instant glam to the dullest of bedrooms. The bold geometries with the heavy trim add great visual appeal. Opt for high contrast with a high gloss laquered finish as with this red against white or go for a more subdued look with a matte more weathered finish. There are dozens of color pairings and finishes offered by MasonGray. Love the idea of the worn laquer look for a completely unexpected finish. Click to continue »

notNeutral Wooden Blocks

notNeutral_blocks

Who: notNeutral; Los Angeles, CA

What: Wood Block Set

Where: Modern Seed – $30

Why: Lately we’ve been obsessed with wooden toys (tired of the sea of plastic invading our lives) and it doesn’t get much better than a quality set of wooden blocks. This one from notNeutral is definitely one of the coolest sets we’ve seen.

Completely taken with the funky mix of stylized vintage and modern lettering, the two-toned numbers, the bold black and orange prints and not one, but two puzzles including a FLW inspired geometric tree puzzle that we just had to test out (it works),  all in the name of product research… Comes neatly arranged in its own wooden tray.

Made in the USA from “replenishable” Basswood sourced from Michigan and dyed with non-toxic, child safe inks.

Why We Love ‘Em: Fully adjustable, versatile and durable, the Babylon High Chair is a chair that will grow as your child grows all the way through their teens since it is strong enough to support the weight of a 250lbs adult! The seat and the footrest can easily be adjusted to nine different positions -no tools required- to accommodate all sizes so that your child can sit comfortably at any table even one as low as a coffee table.

And unlike standard high chairs that distance the child from the table, the Babylon High Chair gives your child a place at the table (of course, if you would like a little more distance between you and a flying bowl of cheerios, there is an attachable tray available…..)  This is sure to be a piece that will have a place at your table for years to come.
