Why We Love ‘Em: With the launch of her factory produced line in 2003 (RAE DUNN BY MAGENTA), Rae Dunn ceramic gained a mass appeal and we’ve seen them popping up just about everywhere. Her designs are perfectly imperfect with a sweet playful quality to them. And yes, the mass produced ones still have that same pinch pot look  with her signature style, but we are still partial to her handmade originals.  Lucky for us Ms. Dunn has not retired her kiln. She currently has a exclusive collection of 65 handmade pieces selling on Esty. These customizable napkin rings are one of our favorites.

Such a simple yet delightful design with the creamy white high gloss finish and the old school typewriter font.  Would make a great wedding gift with customized messages for the bride and groom or  with the wedding date imprinted on the side. And an especially thoughtful gift for those of us who struggle to remember special dates….  hmmm, might have to get a set of these with birth dates on them! (See also the custom birthdate plaque – so sweet!) Also a fun hostess gift, or gift for yourself, with the names of family members stamped for a personalized touch.
