Why We Love It: After a trip to Paris 10 years ago, graphics designer Melinda Cox realized two things; one Europeans lived a far more eco-conscious lifestyle than most Americans, and two, that eco-friendly design doesn’t have to be dull. Since then she has created a gorgeous collection of eco-friendly, vibrant and modern accents for the home.
The Shade Pillow, with its stylized leaf graphic, is available in red, blue, purple, and yellow, each with the reverse pattern on the back so you can change things up with a quick flip. And with five other complimentary patterns and colors to choose from, you can mix and match for a look that’s all your own.
Each pillow is hand printed in Rhode Island using water based inks and 100% linen fabrics. They are hand sewn in Fall River Mass and stuffed with an insert comprised of 50% recycled soda bottles and 50% feathers. Our Shade pillow (in blue) has seen ample use over the past two years and still looks brand new. The thick insert molds comfortably to your body, but quickly whips back into shape with a swift bat of the hand.

Their products are gorgeous! I would love one of their wool rugs. If I could dream I would get the largest one they have and they have lots of color choices-132, and it is 100 % New Zealand wool. I would give it to my hubby-which he would love, and then that way it would be mine also! LOL

The fern ‘sand chocolate” 20 x 12 would be an awesome gift. i can just see my self wrapped up hugging this beautiful pillow curled up with either my hubby or my big ole black lab Bubba Bear. that weighs 167 lbs. My favorite is the big block chocolate. As a gift, I’d give this to my Aboriginal Australian language consultant, because the pattern is reminiscent of Aboriginal art. I’m sure she’d love to see something that looked like her native designs.
