A New Eco Concept Kitchen

I am completely fascinated by this concept kitchen designed by studio Gorm, and although I am not quite ready to give up the modern conveniences of my kitchen, this set-up kind of makes me wish that I was. The energy-efficient symbiotic kitchen is like one of those mini biodomes you had in science class where the entire cycle of life is contained in one little globe.

Love the idea of preparing dinner, tossing the organic scraps into the built-in waste bowl that gets tipped into the compost that then becomes the soil for the table top plants that gets watered by the draining dishes hung above making a very efficient little kitchen.  Fun to be part of the cycle instead of a break in the chain. Not sure many Americans could handle this level of minimalism, but this would make a great camp kitchen.
